MEET OUR LEROY TEACHING STAFF
Miss MirandaMiranda began taking dance lessons at 7 years old. At 11 she started dancing competitively. Dance styles included tap, jazz, ballet, and modern technique. She competed regionally and nationally until she turned 18. After graduating she began teaching locally. She recently became involved in teaching again and is excited to share her love for dance with her students.

Miss CorinaOriginally from the Binghamton area, Corina began studying dance with Anne Trebilcock and Ann Szymaniak 24 years ago, traveling to multiple competitions in New York State. Furthering her dance education, Corina graduated with a BFA in Dance and a BS in Interdisciplinary Arts for Children from SUNY College at Brockport, after participating in numerous dance concerts (performance, production and choreography).
Additionally, Corina has had the opportunity to take class with big-name dance artists/choreographers- Mia Michaels, Chris Judd, Dave Scott, Sonya Tayeh, Lorrianne Gibson and Camille A. Brown. She has been involved in the creation and performance of original works by William (Bill) Evans and Monica Bill Barnes and has performed at numerous festivals and concerts in Rochester, New York City, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Ohio; including but not limited to: Your Move at Manhattan Movement & Arts Center (mmac), Rochester’s Fringe Festival and Built on Stilts in Martha’s Vineyard. Now, living in Brockport, Corina works as a company member of Rochester Dance Theatre, attending regular classes, performing around Rochester, and collaborating with other artists. Teaching in studios around Rochester, Corina greatly enjoys each student and is grateful to have to opportunity to share the passion of dance. From Modern to Hip Hop and everything in between, Corina is eager to create an environment where each child can grow, create and express themselves in and through dance. |
